It is amazing what the rest of the world does without. We complain that we don't have the latest X-box or playstation, while people here don't have shoes or regular electricity. Wealth is measured in many ways. Income is only one way of measuring it, but this is a good way to get an idea where you stand. Check it out. Think about it next time you are jealous of Bill Gates. MajorK - That is very eye-opening. I know I'm well off, and I am so happy that I live in the U.S., as I am well aware that it is the best place on earth to live. But to see numbers like that really forces one to think!
While I am at it - Thank you (again and always) for your service. The job you and all our military are doing in Iraq is wonderful and terribly important. The sacrifice of you and your families is much appreciated!
